1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

Welcome to mrbayar. By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the mrbayar platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you automatically agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. This agreement takes effect as soon as you complete the mrbayar account registration process.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, please stop using the mrbayar platform immediately. mrbayar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Eligibility to Become a Member

The mrbayar platform is for adults only. To register and use mrbayar services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Do not have any active or previously suspended mrbayar account.

Mrbayar reserves the right to request proof of identity and age at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. Failure to submit the required documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

3 Registration & Account Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one mrbayar account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other details — are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with forfeiture of any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. mrbayar is not responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated registration information provided by the member.

• Your password must be unique and must not be shared with anyone.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur within your account.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact mrbayar support immediately.
• Mrbayar uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all your login data.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Mrbayar supports a variety of safe and convenient deposit methods for Malaysia users, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through an integrated, secure payment gateway.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Current deposit limits can be checked in the Deposit section of your account. Key points regarding deposits:

• Deposited funds must come from a legitimate source and must belong to you.
• Mrbayar does not accept deposits from third parties or on behalf of another person.
• Any attempt to deposit funds from suspicious sources will be investigated and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawals at mrbayar are processed within 10–30 minutes for requests that have met all specified requirements. Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your mrbayar account.

• All withdrawal requests are subject to standard security checks.
• First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain limits may require additional KYC verification.
• Mrbayar reserves the right to delay withdrawals by up to 5 business days for compliance and anti-money laundering (AML) purposes.
• Funds in accounts that are suspended or closed due to a terms violation cannot be withdrawn until the investigation is complete.

6 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements mean you must wager the bonus amount a specified number of times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling RM 3,000 before the bonus is eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per promotion unless otherwise stated.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is strictly prohibited.
• Mrbayar reserves the right to forfeit any bonus suspected of being obtained through misuse.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once their validity period ends.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

Members are prohibited from using or attempting to use any of the following methods, which are considered fraudulent:

• Spreading false or misleading information about mrbayar to external parties.
• Attempting to access another member's account without authorization.
• Any action intended to damage the reputation or operations of the mrbayar platform.

Mrbayar reserves the right to take appropriate action, including warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account closure, against any member who violates these conduct rules.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mrbayar reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice where there is reasonable cause to do so, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the required timeframe.
• Multiple account registrations by the same individual.
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement.

Members also have the right to close their own mrbayar account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to the original payment method once the review is complete.

10 mrbayar Liability Limits

Mrbayar makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption. However, mrbayar is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or technical emergencies.
• Internet or device connection failures on the member's end.
• Inaccuracies in information provided by third parties such as game providers or payment processors.
• Losses arising from unauthorized use of the platform due to a member's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

11 Privacy & Data Protection
