Registering a MrBayar account takes only 3 minutes. Click the "Register" button at the top of the website or app, then fill in your Malaysian phone number, a password of your choice, and a referral code (if applicable). You will receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Once verified, your account is immediately active and ready to use. Some promotions require identity verification (KYC) first — you can submit documents through the Profile section in your account.

The minimum age to register and play at mrbayar is 18 years old. This is a non-negotiable policy as we are committed to responsible gaming. During the identity verification (KYC) process, your date of birth will be confirmed via official documents. Any account found to be owned by an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all remaining funds will be forfeited in accordance with the platform's Terms and Conditions.

To change your phone number, you need to contact MrBayar customer support via Live Chat and provide identity verification documents. This process requires strict identity verification to ensure the security of your account. Changing a phone number typically takes 1 to 3 working days after all documents have been received and verified. Ensure your new phone number is active and able to receive SMS before submitting the request.
Deposit

MrBayar accepts a wide range of popular deposit methods in Malaysia, including:

Withdrawals to digital wallets such as Touch 'n Go are typically faster and often processed in under 10 minutes. There are several common reasons why a withdrawal may be delayed or rejected:
  • Identity verification (KYC) is incomplete or documents have not been verified.

For withdrawals via certain methods such as cryptocurrency, a minimal network fee may be charged by the relevant blockchain and not by MrBayar. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 for most methods.
Bonus & Promotions

New mrbayar members are eligible for an attractive welcome bonus upon making their first deposit. The bonus is automatically credited to your bonus account. The bonus value depends on the currently active promotion — check the Promotions section for the latest offers. The welcome bonus is subject to rollover requirements that must be met before withdrawals are permitted. Please read the bonus terms and conditions carefully before claiming.

Rollover (or wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before a bonus can be converted to cash and withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 50 bonus with a 10x rollover, you need to place bets totalling RM 500 (RM 50 × 10) before a withdrawal is allowed. Each bonus has a different rollover rate — typically between 5x and 30x depending on the bonus type. You can check your rollover progress in real time in the Bonus section of your account.

Yes. If you do not wish to receive a bonus, you may choose not to claim it when making a deposit. If a bonus has already been credited to your account, you may contact customer support to request cancellation of the bonus before any wagering has taken place. Once wagering using bonus funds has begun, the bonus cannot be cancelled and the rollover requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted. It is best to decide on a bonus before you start playing.
